Rental Policy

  • $910/week: mid-June through mid-September; only weekly rentals – Saturday to Saturday – are permitted.
  • $810/week: mid-September through mid-June; or daily rentals (minimum 2 days) at $116/night.
  • plus: $60 cleaning fee for any length of stay.
  • Guests supply their own bed linens and towels (blankets and pillows are provided).
  • Pets are permitted but we must be notified when you make the reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy: Rental fees paid are fully refundable prior to 30 days from check-in.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of paid fees are refundable.
  • Fees are non-refundable after 15 days prior to arrival.
  • Any cancellation at 30 days or less is subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
